Do I need to already hold another certification?
No. Existing certifications may provide useful evidence, but 1health food is intended to assess its own integrated criteria.
Does applying mean I am certified?
No. An application begins the process. Use of the certification mark should only follow a positive conformity decision.
Can a single product be certified?
The final rules should define whether certification is product-, site-, farm- or organisation-based. The readiness review helps identify the appropriate scope.
Can small producers participate?
That is an important design objective. The assessment should remain rigorous while avoiding unnecessary administrative burden, especially for smaller producers.
